Sven Kolja Braune is a lawyer and specialized lawyer in industrial property law and IT law.

He offers legal advice in all areas of industrial property rights and copyright and media law, focusing on the legal aspects of trademarks, registered designs, domain law, competition law and license agreements, including customs seizures (combating product piracy).

Sven Kolja was one of Germany's first IT lawyers, and has become a specialist for IT contracts. As former employee with Darmstadt University of Technology, he advised many spin-off businesses. He offers great expertise in drawing up research and development agreements and in developing and implementing innovative revenue and sales models.
