Product Labeling

Each market has its own legal prescriptions which have to be observed when products are put onto the market. Regardless of whether it is a matter of CE marking, WEEE registration, the REACH regulation or warnings for toys, Notos supports manufacturers, importers and specialist dealers in the searching for, interpreting of and applying the particular relevant laws, regulations, directives and harmonized standards so that products can be offered on the German and European markets in conformity with the law.

Naturally we also advise our clients on the concrete designing of markings and warnings on the product and packing as well as in the instructions for use.

In so far as this is necessary, we represent our clients in disputes with the market supervision authorities and competitors. And, should nevertheless products have to be withdrawn from the market or even called back, we support our clients not only within the framework of legal communication but also in situations of product liability cases.

In addition, our international network of specialist attorneys are always available to provide assistance in situations where our clients wish to place their products on the market in other countries such as the U.S.A., Canada, China, Japan, Brazil or Argentina.
